Staff were very supportive and the hotel was luxury, it had excellant location very close to the convenient stores. I was there for 1 night and ate at authentic restaurant for breakfast. The room had a large bathroom and central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. Truly enjoyed smooth check-in and late check-out. The shuttle to center station was also a good thing.

The bed was big, and overall the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel was in a remote setting to the airport by the local shuttle bus. We ordered lunch at Ramen Sonshi, located so close to the venue.

The staff here were amazing, they really went out of their way to help me. The room was super clean and didn't cost much at all. The service was top-notch, couldn't fault it! 😊

The hotel is upscale and reasonably priced. It's located in a residential area, a short walk from restaurants and the Kikusui subway station. The breakfast was awesome. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a full-sized bathroom, perfect for the trip. I enjoyed dining at an authentic restaurant and loved the meals they offered.

This place is in a great spot, just a short walk from Soseigawa River. Plus, it's an easy and pleasant stroll to get to downtown.

The room was new-fashioned and had feather pillows. The location is very good, close to the city center, restaurants, metro, train station, and offers glorious views. Ate at an authentic restaurant near the hotel.

The room was incredibly cheap and had everything we needed, including a spacious bathroom. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service even when we arrived at an inconvenient time. The location was perfect, with easy access to taxis right outside the hotel and nearby train stations. the beautiful view of snow-capped mountains was a nice touch.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was quite dim, which made it difficult to see. The cleanliness of the toilet and sink left something to be desired, and the shower door needed a good scrubbing.
